HM Equity Management acquires, renovates, and stabilizes multifamily assets across Texas — delivering consistent risk-adjusted returns to our investment partners since 2007.
HM Equity Management, LLC is a real estate investment and property management company headquartered in Houston, Texas, specializing in the acquisition, ownership, management, redevelopment, and sale of multifamily apartment communities across Texas.
We build lasting partnerships through hard work, integrity, and in-depth knowledge and experience of the multifamily apartment industry. Our approach aligns investor goals with disciplined operational execution at every stage of the asset lifecycle — from acquisition through renovation, stabilization, and exit.
View Our PortfolioWe operate exclusively in Texas markets — Houston, San Antonio, and surrounding metros — where workforce housing demand remains structurally undersupplied.
Every thesis is underwritten conservatively. We do not depend on cap rate compression — we create value through renovation execution and operational improvements.
We structure hold periods around value creation milestones, not arbitrary timelines. We exit when the asset is optimized and market conditions support it.
Quarterly reports, annual audits, and direct access to the principals. Our investors know exactly where their capital stands at all times.
Every deal underwritten in-house. Every outcome owned. A 15-year history of consistent execution across Texas multifamily markets.
